There is a lack of second grade institutions that can guarantee a continuous education for teenagers that face high risk situatons at the most popular communities of El Trompillo neighbourhood in Barquisimeto city, Venezuela. So, the idea behind this project is that those teenagers have a personal, academic, espiritual, social and profesional development.
This can be obtained through an integrated educational process with the following strategy: by building a technical second grade high school and developing a realistic educational plan. This new infrastructure could offer different communitiy activitites: women support, pastoral activities, sports, entertainment…
